2. Author Biography (Separate File)
- Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or PDF
- This file must be submitted separately from the main manuscript
- Contains complete information for all authors:
- Full name
- Academic degree
- Complete institutional affiliation (university/institution name, faculty, department)
- Institutional address
- City, province, postal code, country
- Email address (use institutional email)
- Phone number (optional)
- ORCID number (recommended)
- Brief biography (maximum 100 words)
- Role and contribution of each author in the research
- Clearly designate the corresponding author
- Research funding information (if applicable)

Manuscript Submission Process
Step 1: Log In to the System
- Log in to your account on the journal platform
- Navigate to the "Submissions" menu
- Click "New Submission"
Step 2: Start New Submission
The submission process consists of several stages:

- Read and check all submission requirements:

Stage 2: Upload Submission

- Contributors: Add information for all authors in order:
- Full name (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name)
- Institutional affiliation
- Country
- ORCID ID (recommended - enter full URL: https://orcid.org/0000-0000-0000-0000)
- Role in manuscript (Author, Co-author)
- Check "Principal Contact for Editorial Correspondence" for corresponding author
- Order according to authorship sequence
- Click "Save" for each author
- Additional Information:
- Research funding (if applicable)
- Subject or article classification
- References: Enter reference list (optional at this stage)
- Click "Save and Continue"
Stage 4: Confirmation
- Review all entered information
- Check uploaded files again:
- ✓ Main manuscript (anonymous/blind)
- ✓ Author biography (separate file)
- ✓ Title page
- ✓ Additional files (if any)
- Ensure all data is correct and complete
- Verify author order is correct
- Verify corresponding author is marked correctly
- Click "Finish Submission"
Step 3: Submission Confirmation
- You will receive an automatic submission confirmation email

- Save this ID number for reference and future correspondence

IMPORTANT: The separation of the main manuscript file (blind) and author biography is crucial to maintain the integrity of the double-blind peer review process:

After Submission
Tracking Manuscript Status
- Log in to your account
- Open the "Submissions" menu
- View your manuscript status:
- Awaiting Assignment - Waiting for editor assignment
- In Review - Under peer review process
- Revisions Required - Requires revision
- Accepted - Accepted for publication
- Declined - Rejected
Responding to Revision Requests
If your manuscript requires revision:
- You will receive email notification with reviewer comments
- Log in to your account and open the relevant submission
- Download file with reviewer comments
- Make revisions according to reviewer suggestions
- Prepare response document explaining:
- Changes made for each comment
- Detailed response to each reviewer comment
- Clear reasoning if any suggestions were not followed
